Can anyone take the Multibionta Challenge?
Yes, provided you are 18 years or over and live in Great Britain or Northern Ireland. Employees of Seven Seas, immediate families and any associated companies and their employees are not eligible.
When can I take the Challenge?
Anytime you like until the Challenge ends on 1st September 2009. Your claim must be received on or before 30th September 2009.
How many times can I take the Challenge?
Just once per household. We're confident you'll like it. If you don't feel a difference after just 14 days you can claim your money back.
If I do need to claim, when can I?
We're hoping you won’t need to, but if you do, all claims must be received on or before 30th September 2009.
How do I get my money back?
Simply write to us enclosing the outer packaging and a 15 word explanation of why you are not satisfied with the product, clearly stating the name you want the cheque making payable to and the Great Britain or Northern Ireland address you want it posting to. Please remember to include your receipt as proof of purchase.

How long do claims take?
A cheque will be issued within 28 days of receipt of your claim.
